Full-Time Student
Full-time college students at JRLC receive a quality college experience, inspiring leadership development, and life-changing ministry experience. We provide students with a fully-accredited AA degree in Leadership. All classes and leadership experiences take place on the James River campus.
Accredited Degree
Full-time college students receive an associate of arts degree in Leadership with a focus on developing a biblical world view. Through our partnership with Central Bible College we are able to offer a fully-accredited degree and federal finanicial aid. All leadership college classes take place on the JRA Campus.
The degree is a total of 64 credit hours.

Leadership Development
At James River we have a passion to raise a generation of young leaders. JRLC students have the opportunity to learn from inspiring leaders from around the world as well as develop their leadership ablities by participating on teams and leading teams.
Ministry Experience
JRLC students are able to choose a specific Leadership Practicum in their area of ministry interest. Leadership Practicums allow students to participate with the James River Staff in planning and leading ministry events.
