2 Year Degree Program
Upon completion of the JRLC program, students will receive an Associate of Arts in Leadership. This degree is fully accredited through our partnership with CBC by the Higher Learning Commission of North Central Association and the Association for Biblical Higher Education. The two-year program is as follows:

LEAD 213 Community Leadership
2 Hours. Provides practical insights and approaches to develop the disciplines necessary to be effective in relationships and leading others. The course includes tools and processes to develop effective teams, such as a communication profile, idea generating tools, consensus building tools, problem solving strategies, and meeting skills.
