Upon completion of the JRLC program, students will receive an Associate of Arts in Leadership. This degree is fully accredited through our partnership with CBC by the Higher Learning Commission of North Central Association and the Association for Biblical Higher Education. 2 Hours. The origin, history, and development of the Assemblies of God in the United States. Special attention is given to the founders, trends, issues, revivals, and various programs of the movement throughout its history. The polity portion of the course will examine the presbyterial, congregational, and episcopal forms of church government. Specific attention will be given to the structure and organization of the Assemblies of God in the United States, including its Constitution and Bylaws.
